The in-house printing now eradicates any risk of drafts getting lost in transit to Aviva and comprehensive statistical information is available on the GlobalPay system.
Background
Travelex Global Business Payments has been providing foreign exchange payment solutions to Aviva for over fifteen years. The companies have evolved together with Aviva now using TGBP’s online GlobalPay system to process foreign currency payments. They have also installed the remote draft printing facility which allows them to request the draft in the morning and print it off in their cheque room three to four hours later.
Business Results
Comprehensive statistical information is available on the GlobalPay system and TGBP clients can receive customised reports on a monthly or quarterly basis. The authorisation levels of order confirmations, stops, reissues and reimbursements can be set up to suit individual company requirements.
