David Sear, Divisional Managing Director
David Sear is Divisional Managing Director for Travelex Global Business Payments. He has full responsibility for the Division worldwide, which specializes in international and domestic payment and receipt processing services and solutions. Before moving to his current role, Mr. Sear was Divisional Managing Director for the Outsourcing Division during which time his team substantially increased profitability and made Travelex the world-leader in the issuance of pre-paid Currency Cards for consumers and corporates. He joined Travelex in March 2006 from Voca Ltd (previously BACS), where he helped to transform the company at the center of the UK’s payments industry. Prior to Voca, David was Chief Operating Officer at WorldPay Group plc. Mr. Sear ran the company’s operations as it established its position as a major global player in the adoption and development of e-Commerce. Mr. Sear also spent seven years as European Managing Director at Equifax Cheque Services, the world’s largest cheque guarantee company, and worked in retail operations for the WH Smith Group for five years.
Kina Lamarche, President, North America
Kina Lamarche is responsible for planning future growth strategies in key markets, and for the management and operations of the Foreign Exchange and Payment Solutions business in North America. Ms. Lamarche joined Thomas Cook in 1995 as a dealer within the Commercial Foreign Exchange group and was later appointed as Vice President, Trading for the US and Canada. Ms. Lamarche has served as a member on the North American Operating, Risk and Executives Committees, and was appointed to the Board of Directors for TCSI and Ruesch International in 2007. She is actively involved with the Women in Capital Markets Association and the Association for Financial Professionals.
Kerry Agiasotis, Regional Divisional Director, International
Kerry Agiasotis manages the division’s presence in Australia and other International regions. Agiasotis has more than 16 years of sales, business consulting and operations management experience through various companies including AC Nielsen, Siebel Systems and Oracle Corporation.
Frederic d’Ussel, Regional Managing Director, EMEA
Fred d’Ussel is Regional Divisional Director for Travelex Global Business Payments, responsible for the EMEA Region covering Continental Europe and South Africa. TGBP EMEA is processing international and domestic payment and receipt as well as providing services and solutions. He joined Travelex in June 2008 from Kuehne + Nagel, where he stayed 12 years and held several positions including Finance Director of several European subsidiaries. Prior to Kuehne + Nagel, he worked for Alcatel and Concept.
Christopher Russell, Executive Vice President and Global Vertical Markets Director
As part of the leadership team, Christopher is responsible for the setting of the global strategy and sales of all Travelex products to financial institutions and legal firms. Christopher formerly served as the Executive Vice President and Regional Divisional Director for the Partners Division of Travelex. He was instrumental in launching North America’s prepaid card, the cash passport, and in developing the Mastercard partnership with Travelex. Prior to joining Travelex, Christopher worked as the Vice President of Regional Sales for First Data Corporation and Global Payments Inc. In both roles, he pioneered the construction of company sales models, and provided key networking strategies to maintain consistent business growth.
Andrew Woolley, Finance Director
Andrew Woolley is responsible for financial planning, risk management, and reporting. Woolley is an associate of chartered accountants, England and Wales, who previously spent more than 10 years at Price Waterhouse Cooper. Woolley’s strong operational and corporate finance skills come from his previous work experience working at BPB plc, Vedanta Resources plc and Hays plc. Woolley holds a joint bachelor of arts degree in accounting and law from Manchester University.
Vanessa Murden, Executive Vice President, Global Operations
Based out of Washington, DC, Vanessa Murden is Executive Vice President, Global Operations for Travelex Global Business Payments. Vanessa has full responsibility for Operational delivery worldwide, ensuring that world class customer service is delivered across the globe for all Travelex’ International and Domestic payment solutions.
Prior to this role, Vanessa was Global Product Development Director for Travelex’ Outsourcing division responsible for the issuance of pre-paid Currency Cards for consumers and corporate globally, driving a significant increase in product profitability and building the foundations for its ongoing growth strategy. Prior to that, Vanessa was Director of Travelex’s Travellers Cheque division and was instrumental in driving the business into the issuance of plastic rather than paper payment instruments. Vanessa joined Travelex in 2001, being previously part of the Thomas Cook Global and Financial Services Group.
Vanessa holds a Masters degree from Cambridge University and an MBA from the Open University.
Adam Tiberi, Senior Vice President, Global Product Management
Adam Tiberi drives global product strategy, working directly with customers and company leadership to define the company’s product approach and go-to-market initiatives. He also runs the global change management and IT development teams, which are responsible for delivering all technology enhancements needed to support Travelex’s business initiatives across all lines of business. Prior to joining Travelex in March 2007, Tiberi was the Director and Chief Architect of the financial services industry business unit of Asia Pacific for Oracle Corporation. He earned a bachelor of applied science degree from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology in Melbourne, Australia.
Debbie Brown, Vice President, Global Marketing
Debbie Brown manages the company’s global marketing team while overseeing the marketing activities for all regions in which Travelex does business. Debbie has over 22 years business-to-business Marketing experience working for blue chip brands such as British Telecom, Yahoo! and Travelex. In addition to her extensive international brand management and marketing experience, gained from many years of working in New York City, she has worked as an independent consultant and co-authored the Chartered Institute of Marketing E-Learning Module on Brands. Among her many achievements, Debbie has won international awards for BT and re-launched the brand into the Americas market, increasing brand awareness in the US by 30% over her tenure. Debbie is a graduate of Wolsey Hall College, Oxford, England.
Jayne Oates, Director, Human Resources
Jayne is responsible for leading the Global HR team in driving high performance through Learning and Development Employee Engagement, Recognition and Reward.
Success as a sales training consultant lead to managerial roles in retail, call center and field sales within the Travel Industry. Seeking new challenges Jayne re-focused her career gaining CIPD membership and moving into Human Resources. She joined Travelex in October 2009 after a series of international assignments as a freelance consultant working within the Payment Processing Industry preceded by Senior HR roles with organizations that include Royal Bank Of Scotland Group, WorldPay and Equifax.

Roy Farah, General Manager, Canada
Roy Farah drives business and customer satisfaction for the region. Previously employed with Thomas Cook, he also has experience working in the investment and banking industry. Farah, who earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation, holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in business administration from McGill University in Montréal.
Ben Kavalec, Vice President, Commercial Sales
Ben Kavalec oversees corporate business development in the United States. Kavalec, who has worked at Travelex for more than a decade, aims to help businesses of all sizes process international payments efficiently and cost effectively. He is an Association for Financial Professionals (AFP) Keynote speaker and an International Accounts Payable (IAPP) presenter. Kavalec earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska (Omaha).
Alfred Nader, Vice President, Legal Vertical Market
Based in Washington DC, Alfred Nader will lead the legal vertical. Alfred, who has been in the payments industry for nearly a decade, has been instrumental in creating specialized solutions for Law Firms and has streamlined the payment process for firms of all sizes. Alfred’s career with Ruesch International and now Travelex, has touched upon nearly all areas of the business including sales, worldwide sales training, account management and a stint as the company’s Asian currency trader.
Alfred is active with the ALA, INTA and is a graduate of The George Washington University School of Business.
Mike Rockouski, Vice President, Financial Institutions Vertical Market
Mike Rockouski is responsible for the financial institution division of Travelex which currently serves the needs to over 500 customers. His near 15 year career in the international payments industry has taken him to Thomas Cook, Travelex, and First Data.
Derrick Walton, Director, Operations
Derrick Walton ensures that all processing payments are completed efficiently, seamlessly and accurately for North American clients. His experience prior to Travelex includes Director of Operations for Ruesch International and Action Briefer and Technology Director for the U.S. Navy. Walton earned a bachelor of science degree in political science from the United States Naval Academy.
