Client Service Representative

The Client Service Representative is responsible for servicing corporate and individual clients by responding to customers by taking orders and resolving account discrepancies in the TGBP Inbound Call Center. The position requires the ability to offer a range of appropriate financial solutions to support the clients needs along with the ability to multi-task while focusing on exceptional client service.
Essential Responsibilities/Job Functions
- Handle incoming client calls and effectively takes orders in a fast-paced environment
- Work quickly to resolve any discrepancies or client concerns
- Use Databases to record and track all client activity and enter transactions
- Promote client retention while documenting competition information
Minimum Requirements
The position requires a four-year degree, a minimum of one year of relevant work experience. This role also requires excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience in the financial industry is a plus. Client service/call center experience preferred.
