Sales Executive - Inside Led Sales

The Inside Led Sales, based in Prague, is responsible for the growth of international payment services in Poland.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Understand currency markets and how Ruesch/Travelex products and services apply to business and create value for the customer
- Engage via telephone with financial professionals (CFO, Treasurer, Controller) within commercial businesses to understand their Business Payments needs both domestically and internationally.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities to ensure that daily/monthly sales targets are achieved to meet company expectations
- Find prospects, understand their needs and be able to present tailored Ruesch/Travelex solution via the telephone.
- Negotiate with customers in relation to fees, products and services
- Maintain up-to-date prospects and sales activity using Customer Relationship Management system
- Create, control and submit weekly and monthly forecasts on revenue from own portfolio clients
Key Performance Indicators
- New Revenue: percentage achievement of your monthly new revenue target.
- Transition Revenue: percentage achievement of your monthly transition revenue target
- Number of leads in salesforce.com
- Conversion ratio of prospects to first time trades
- Number of first time trades
- Accuracy of account paperwork submitted to mid-office
Qualifications/Experience
- Minimum 1 year experience within business-to business sales environment (ideally tele-sales)
- Experience with solution selling, preferably in Finance, IT or related industries
- Financial aptitude
- Polish mother tongue; fluent verbal and written English.
- Solid computer skills with ability to use MS Excel, Word and the Internet
- Professionalism, confident, assertive style
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining positive, friendly and supportive customer relationships with all types of people
- A successful history of generating leads through cold calling, prospecting and networking
- Good communication and listening skills, including telephone skills to handle inbound and outbound calls
- Proven ability to assess client needs and put together sales presentations that address and meet requirements
- Proven ability to close a sale through track record of sales results.
- High degree of self motivation combined with time management skills
- High degree of professionalism with a confident, assertive style and tenacity to deliver.
