CRM Dealing Floor Manager

Responsibilities

Manage teams of Client Managers and provide effective leadership to ensure:

  • Travelex retains it core clients – Every Customer Counts
  • Revenue enhancement opportunities are identified and actively pursue them
  • Top to Top personal involvement in the top 100 accounts
  • Personnel policies and procedures managed and enforced
  • Implement and maintain an enhanced retention action plan
  • Actively involved in Hiring, training and performance management

Liaise with Field Sales reps to ensure:

  • New accounts are properly setup and First time trades are properly handled
  • Client walk through of First Time Trades on GlobalPay
  • Involvement in Top opportunities at the selling stages

Risk Management:

  • Actively and effectively enforces Travelex Risk Manager policies and procedures
  • Provide effective escalation point to Risk management issues: margin calls, requests for credit increases and exception signoff on trading procedures (ie. Overnight orders, rollovers…)

Liaise with Operations and back office to ensure the process is enhanced to achieve:

  • Higher customer service / lower errors
  • Lower cost and increase efficiencies

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years in FX and/or Payment industry experience in a customer facing role
  • Superior customer management and a proven record of retaining and growing a book(s) of business
  • Knowledge of hedging product is essential
  • Hands on knowledge of credit policies and trading procedures is preferred
  • Familiarity with Travelex products (GP, GP alliance, FDBM and GP plus) is preferred
  • Ability to work with internal partners (operations, back office, credit, finance, and HR) effectively
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team, while effectively enforcing rules and guidelines
