Relationship Manager

The Client Manager is responsible for the delivery of a customer focused, high quality service and exhibits high levels of self-motivation and target focus whilst holding customer satisfaction as paramount.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for individual portfolio growth and retention of individual client base.
  • Achieve all agreed Service Level Agreements as relevant to the Client Management Team.
  • Engage via telephone with financial professionals (CFO, Treasurer, Controller) within commercial businesses to understand their international Business Payments needs.
  • Develop proposals for key decision-makers to offer range of appropriate solutions to support client.
  • Maintain focus on goals and results to ensure that customer retention is achieved at targeted levels.
  • Maintain effective relationships with Operations, Support, Customer Service and Sales teams to maximise and sustain service quality for all customers.
  • Document orders client relationship accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain high level of market knowledge and share with Customers as required.
  • Provide feedback regarding Customer issues and complaints to Team Leader Client Management with suggestions of how processes could be improved to prevent issues re-occurring.
  • Achieve all agreed Service Level Agreement as relevant to the New Business Client Management Team and Provide cover to the Core Client Management Team when required.
  • Monitor information available in SFDC and inform Team of any deficiencies and ensure corrections are actioned.

Qualifications/Experience

  • Customer focused individual with strong initiative/drive
  • General knowledge of financial markets
  • Strong computer skills
  • Strong problem solving skills along with excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
  • Swiss German mother tongue; verbal and written English and French a plus
