Fraudulent emails
We have recently become aware that fraudulent emails claiming to be from Travelex Global Business Payments relating to employment opportunities within our Canadian business are being sent and circulated. These emails use our corporate branding and can look realistic. If you receive such an email purporting to be from Travelex Global Business Payments and asking for personal details please disregard it. Travelex Global Business Payments does not solicit information in this manner, and the sender may be attempting to fraudulently acquire your personal information. Please do not share your personal details via email from an unsolicited source.
We take such matters very seriously. If you receive an email which purports to be from Travelex Global Business Payments and you have reason to suspect it to be fraudulent, please send it to emailsecurity@travelex.com.
